Do we have to supply extension leads?
No, we provide everything, including all the equipment and extension leads needed for your hire.
Do we get our deposits back?
We don't offer refunds on deposits. However, if you need to cancel due to adverse weather, we'll let you rebook on any available date with the same equipment.
Will you arrive exactly at the time we select?
The times you select are approximate and depend on the number of deliveries scheduled for that day. If your booking is for an indoor venue with specific timings, and you've paid for those times, we'll aim to accommodate your request.
Can we move the equipment after you've installed it?
Absolutely not. Moving the equipment can compromise safety and stability, so it must remain in the spot we install it.
Do you set up on artificial grass or concrete?
No, we only set up on real grass to ensure proper anchorage and safety.
What if it starts to rain or the wind picks up after you've left?
You must follow the safety guidelines provided in the disclaimer. Turn off the equipment immediately and wait until the wind dies down and the rain stops. Before resuming use of the Bouncy Castles or inflatables, ensure any wetness is dried with a towel. Please note that we may not be able to install bouncy castles, marquees, or other outdoor party equipment in windy weather.
Is your equipment fully insured for public liability?
Yes, all of our equipment is fully insured for public liability. We can provide a copy of the insurance certificate upon request.
Can we use silly string, party poppers, or face paints on the inflatables?
No, these items are not allowed. They can permanently stain the material, and any damage caused will result in charges for either a replacement or professional cleaning fee.
What areas do you cover?
We provide bouncy castle and inflatable hire across: Hull, Beverley,Willerby, Hessle, Anlaby, Cottingham, Driffield, Market Weighton, East Riding of Yorkshire and surrounding areas
What are my responsibilities as the hirer?
As the hirer, it is your responsibility to ensure the equipment is used safely and that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage. This includes supervising the inflatables, following safety instructions, and ensuring the equipment is suitable for the venue.
Can food and drink be consumed on the inflatables?
No, food and drink are not allowed on the inflatables. This is to avoid choking hazards and prevent mess or damage to the equipment.
Are there any restrictions on what can be worn or used on the inflatables?
Yes, users must remove shoes, jewellery, badges, and earrings before using the inflatables. Additionally, face paints, party poppers, and silly string are not permitted as they can permanently stain the equipment.
Is smoking or BBQs allowed near the inflatables?
No, smoking or BBQs must be kept at least 10 metres away from the inflatables to ensure safety.
Can users climb or sit on the walls of the inflatables?
No, climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls of the inflatables is dangerous and can damage the equipment. This behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Who is responsible for supervising the inflatables?
A responsible adult over the age of 18 must supervise the inflatables at all times to ensure safe usage.
What should I do to prevent overcrowding on the inflatable?
Limit the number of users on the inflatable based on age and size. Younger children and older children should not use the inflatable at the same time to avoid collisions.
Can the front step of the inflatable be used for bouncing?
No, the front step is designed to assist users in getting on and off the inflatable. Bouncing on the step is not allowed.
Are there any restrictions on who can use the inflatables?
Yes, anyone with a history of neck, shoulder, or back problems should not use the inflatables to avoid potential injuries.
Can inflatables be used in windy conditions?
No, inflatables should not be used in strong winds. The maximum wind speed for safe use is 24 mph.
What happens if the equipment doesn't fit the venue?
It is your responsibility to ensure the equipment will fit the venue. If the equipment cannot be set up due to space issues, the hire may not proceed, and you could still be charged in full. Please check measurements carefully and contact us with any questions before booking.
Can the equipment go upstairs?
Some of our inflatables are able to be set up upstairs providing there is adequate acess ie an elevator as some of our inflatables weigh in excess of 300k.
It is your responsibility as a customer to inform us of any stairs or other obstacles at the venue upon booking the equipment
What happens if the equipment is returned dirty?
If the equipment is returned in a dirty condition, a cleaning fee of £50 will be charged. This fee must be paid within seven days of your event.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during the hire?
Any damage to the equipment will be charged accordingly, including the cost of repairs or replacements.
Can children use the inflatable during inflation or deflation?
No, children must not be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation, as this is unsafe.
